With over eight years’ experience in recruitment across the healthcare and medical sectors, I lead FIND Medical, a division of the FIND Recruitment Group. I am passionate about helping leading healthcare organisations build strong, compassionate teams while supporting clinical professionals in finding meaningful and rewarding careers.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, socialising with friends and family, seeing new countries & places but most of all, eating out as much as humanly possible!

With over a decade of experience supporting the private care sector, I specialise in connecting senior healthcare professionals with organisations that align with their individual goals and values. My focus is on building strong partnerships that encourage growth, career satisfaction, and excellence in care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my two children and husband. I love eating great food and unwinding with a good glass of wine.

I started my recruitment career in 2015 & I’ve spent my time recruiting across permanent roles for some of the UK’s most exciting & fast-growing companies.

I specialise in pharmaceutical recruitment, helping Private Hospitals, Clinics & Retail employers find the best talent.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going out for food & drinks and travelling.

I’m responsible for all Senior, Leadership & Executive hiring across our sectors – I have a particular interest in OMB’s, Start-up/Scale-up and PE backed organisations. I provide Perm & Interim Recruitment, Talent Mapping & Pipelining solutions mainly to the Education sector.

I am obsessed with creating an enjoyable (and simple!) process for Clients & Candidates. I’m super passionate about customer experience – I’m on a personal mission to change the perception of staffing businesses.

I’ve done this job since 2010 and still love every day in Recruitment!

My time outside of work is generally spent playing with my young daughter. But, when I get time you’ll also find me running, swimming or travelling. I live near a Beach and my Partner & I have challenged ourselves to go sea swimming every week… think Wim Hof (we’re cheating a bit and wearing wetsuits though, at least for Jan – March!)

I lead our hiring efforts into the STEM markets, globally. I’ve been recruiting for amazing companies in Tech since 2016.

Outside of work I enjoy travelling & exploring new places, attending music festivals/events & I am a big football fan. I also like to consider myself a bit of a craft beer connoisseur & I hope to open up my own brewery one day.

I lead all fulfilment activities across the FIND brands – making sure we deliver high quality candidate & client experiences. I run our team of Talent Partners who are the expert candidate acquisition team here at FIND.

Outside of work, I’m a keen sportsman and thoroughly enjoy watching and playing. When I get sign off from the better half, you can often spot me hitting some very average Golf shots on the course, or being bowled out for a duck for my local Cricket team.
