Salary: £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager in the overall management of the nursing home.
- Ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents in line with individual care plans and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and lead the nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a nursing home setting, with previous leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals.
