Deputy Home Manager – Nursing Home
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Home Manager in the overall management of the nursing home.
• Ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents in line with individual care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and lead the nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin.
• Proven experience in a nursing home setting, with previous leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals.
