Nursing Home Commissioning/Operational Manager
�� Location: Suffolk / East of England
�� Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
�� Full-Time | Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a growing and forward-thinking healthcare organisation – for an experienced and driven Nursing Home Commissioning/Operational Manager.
This exciting opportunity has arisen due to continued group expansion, and will play a key role in the mobilisation, integration, and operational oversight of new nursing home services across the East of England.
�� Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commissioning and operational setup of new nursing home services
• Collaborate with clinical, estates, governance, and HR teams to ensure seamless service launches
• Implement efficient operational systems aligned with regulatory standards
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulators
• Ensure safe, high-quality care from day one of service delivery

�� What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in nursing home management or healthcare commissioning
• Strong understanding of CQC standards, compliance, and operational leadership
• Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Ability to travel across the East of England as required
• A proactive, hands-on leader passionate about high-quality care
