Care Co-ordinator – Nursing Home �� Location: Sudbury
�� Days Only | Full-Time
�� Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded nursing home based in Sudbury, for an experienced and compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join their team on a full-time, days-only basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of high-quality care to residents in a warm and supportive environment.
�� Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily care delivery across the home
• Support the care team with planning, documentation, and staff supervision
• Maintain high standards of care in line with CQC requirements
• Liaise with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure smooth handovers and excellent communication across shifts

�� What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a senior care role within a nursing or residential home
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care
• NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it) preferred
